Becky Barnes-Barrington, known as the Jersey Cowgirl, is a fourth-generation farmer who operates her family’s pedigree Jersey dairy farm in the scenic countryside of Jersey.
In late 2024, she partnered with a spirit producer to showcase her farm’s high-quality dairy products in an innovative way. Through this collaboration, Becky’s farm’s dairy is now featured in the spirits, adding a unique, rich element to the final product. As a passionate advocate for both dairy farming and the craft of spirit production, Becky plays an integral role in sharing the story of how her farm’s produce contributes to the spirits. Together, traditional farming practices and modern techniques are combined to create distinctive, high-quality spirits that reflect the essence of Jersey’s heritage.
