Year 12 Student Eve Wins Judges’ Award at Jersey TechAwards

We are delighted to celebrate the success of Year 12 student Eve, who won the Judges’ Award at the 8th Annual Jersey TechAwards in recognition of her impressive work in technology and STEM.

Eve’s achievement highlights her creativity, technical ability and ambition to use technology to solve real-world problems.

As part of her involvement in STEM Racing, Eve has developed an app to help her team manage their planning, organisation and budgeting. The app has the potential to be developed further to support other teams too, demonstrating how her work could benefit students beyond her own team.

Alongside this, Eve has created a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) automation programme to streamline the analysis of different car design iterations. This helps make the process of evaluating and refining designs more efficient, supporting the team’s engineering and development work.

Both projects demonstrate Eve’s ability to combine technical knowledge with practical problem-solving, finding ways to make complex processes more efficient and accessible.

At Beaulieu, we are proud to see our students applying their learning in innovative ways, developing skills that extend beyond the classroom and exploring how they can make a difference through technology.

Eve’s success at the Jersey TechAwards is a fantastic achievement, and we look forward to seeing what she goes on to accomplish.

Congratulations, Eve!
